This Legal Notice governs the use of the Axiom Creative AI website, digital platforms, creative materials, and services. By accessing our website, communicating with Axiom Creative AI, or purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the provisions below.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the Axiom Creative AI name, brand identity, logos, website design, original written materials, graphics, marketing materials, workflows, concepts, and other proprietary business materials are owned by or licensed to Axiom Creative AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material owned by Axiom Creative AI may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law or an applicable client agreement.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Axiom Creative AI utilizes artificial intelligence and other digital technologies as part of its creative and production processes. Depending upon the service requested, deliverables may be created, enhanced, edited, assisted, or otherwise produced using generative AI technologies.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unintended similarities, inconsistencies, or other limitations inherent to generative technology. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication, distribution, advertising, or other commercial use.

Axiom Creative AI does not represent that AI-generated material will qualify for copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

Client-Provided Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and authorizations for photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, music, likenesses, written materials, data, or other content provided to Axiom Creative AI.

By submitting materials for use in a project, the client represents that Axiom Creative AI is authorized to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Axiom Creative AI may utilize independent third-party software, artificial-intelligence systems, hosting providers, social-media platforms, video-generation services, and other technology providers.

Third-party services operate according to their own terms, policies, licensing requirements, and availability. Axiom Creative AI does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, outputs, policies, or actions of independent third-party platforms.

No Guaranteed Results

Axiom Creative AI provides professional creative and AI-assisted services designed to help clients improve their content, branding, advertising, marketing, and digital presence. However, no specific business, financial, advertising, engagement, sales, audience-growth, or other performance result is guaranteed.

Results may vary substantially depending upon the client's business, market, audience, advertising strategy, platform algorithms, budget, implementation, and other factors outside the control of Axiom Creative AI.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Information and content provided by Axiom Creative AI are intended for creative, informational, marketing, and business-content purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Clients should obtain appropriate professional advice whenever their intended use of a deliverable raises legal, regulatory, financial, licensing, privacy, intellectual-property, or compliance concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Creative AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its website, services, AI-generated materials, or deliverables.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Clients should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, proprietary, or personally identifiable information for processing through AI systems unless such use has been expressly authorized and appropriate safeguards have been established.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Axiom Creative AI will not assume permission to publicly display confidential client materials. Any right to use completed client work, client names, trademarks, testimonials, or project materials for portfolio, demonstration, advertising, or promotional purposes should be governed by the applicable service agreement or the client's authorization.

Changes to This Notice

Axiom Creative AI reserves the right to revise this Legal Notice as its services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version will become effective when published unless otherwise stated.
